1. Dissolver o fermento numa taça, com um bocadinho de água morna até que fique numa pasta.
2. Numa taça grande, misturar as farinhas. Adicionar o fermento dissolvido e a água, amassando sempre com as mãos até obter uma massa homogénea e elástica.
3. Deixar a massa repousar por 30 minutos (num sitio sem correntes de ar e tapada com um pano, ou dentro do microondas – desligado).
4. Moldar a massa em formato de bola e fazer cortes no topo com uma tesoura.
5. Levar ao forno pré-aquecido a 200 °C durante 40 minutos.
6. Manter a massa sempre coberta, no forno, para não ficar crocante, mas se quiserem crocância, é só destapar
